Jeff Chen, PhD

Dr. Po Yu (Jeff) Chen has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2022. Since April 2018, Dr. Chen has served as Managing Director at Alkeon Capital Management, an investment advisory company, where he also serves as the Head of Healthcare. Dr. Chen previously served as Vice President of Biotechnology Equity Research at Cowen and Company, LLC, an investment banking firm, from March 2014 to March 2018. Dr. Chen received a PhD in cellular molecular medicine and neuroscience from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a BS in life science–chemistry from Penn State University.
